### $1350 SIGN ON BONUS
### 💵 Pay & Schedule

• **Starting Pay:** **$22.00/hour**
• **Schedule:** Monday–Thursday | **4:00pm - 2:30am**
• **Overtime:** Occasional Fridays

• Weld components per prints and work orders
• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain clean, organized work area
• Follow all safety standards
