The Nursing Team at Messiah Lifeways is seeking dedicated PRN Nurses to join our team.

Available PRN Schedules

• **Day Shift**
• 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
• **Evening Shift**
• 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM
• **Night Shift**
• 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Our PRN nursing team members must commit to a *minimum* of 32 hours per month with 16 of those hours being worked on weekends - during their assigned shift. Outside of the minimum requirement, PRN Nurses can pick up additional hours on other shifts (if available).

**What You’ll Do**

• Provide high-quality, person-centered nursing care to residents.
• Lead and support nursing team members on your assigned neighborhood and shift.
• Observe, assess, and document resident conditions while ensuring families and physicians are kept informed.
• Oversee and implement individualized care plans from admission through ongoing updates.
• Foster a safe, positive, and relationship-centered environment for residents and staff.
• Coordinate appointments, transportation, and interdepartmental communication.
• Support team accountability, including initiating disciplinary procedures when needed.

• **What You Bring
• ·** Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay organized and focused in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with EHR systems and basic technology tools (preferred).
• One year of clinical experience is helpful but not required.
