## What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair building systems, equipment, and appliances
• Perform repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, fixtures, doors, windows, and hardware
• Maintain and repair kitchen equipment and air handling systems
• Install and work with plumbing materials including PVC, PEX, CPVC, and copper piping
• Utilize electrical testing equipment to diagnose and resolve electrical issues
• Apply general maintenance and mechanical repair practices throughout the campus
• Respond to work orders and accurately document completed work
• Help ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in compliance with applicable standards and regulations
• Support the overall comfort, safety, and functionality of our community

## Qualifications
✨High School Diploma or GED
✨Valid Driver's License
✨Two years of maintenance, trade, mechanical, or related experience preferred (but not required)
✨Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building maintenance systems
