Personal Care: Charge Nurse (LPN/RN) - Monday - Friday nights!

**Shift:**Night, 10:45pm to 7:15am

**Status:**Part Time, 5 days per pay - Monday through Friday nights!

Our Enhanced Living (Personal Care) team is looking for a part-time nurse to join their team!

**What You’ll Do**

• Lead and support the Neighborhood Care Team
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Assess and monitor resident health; communicate changes promptly
• Delegate daily assignments and ensure quality, person‑centered care
• Mentor CNAs, PCAs, and team members
• Collaborate on individualized care plans
• Ensure regulatory and HIPAA compliance
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays

## Qualifications

**What You Need**

• Graduate of an approved LPN program (RN candidates welcome)
• Active, unencumbered PA LPN license
• Prior experience in Gerontology or Long Term Care preferred.
