**Position Summary**

The fabulous Lazy E Arena is looking for a Line Cook to join our Cantina kitchen team! This is a unique opportunity to be part of a vibrant environment that hosts a variety of exciting events including roping, rodeos, barrel races, western sports, Arena-cross, and cheerleading competitions.

## Qualifications

**Responsibilities**

• Operate and manage a one-person kitchen efficiently and independently
• Prep food prior to kitchen opening
• Accurately read order tickets and prioritize preparation
• Operate basic kitchen equipment, such as a flat top grill and fryer
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout the shift
• Complete end-of-shift cleaning duties

**Physical Demands**

• Ability to stand, walk (including stairs), stoop, and lift up to 30 lbs
• Must be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods during events
