## Qualifications

### What You’ll Do

• Provide direct patient care and monitor patient progress
• Assess symptoms, evaluate responses to treatment, and document findings
• Develop and follow nursing care plans within State Scope of Practice and provider guidelines
• Administer medications in accordance with nursing standards and correctional regulations
• Respond to emergencies with critical thinking and sound clinical judgment
• Support established treatment plans and continuity of care
