## What You'll Do 💙

As a member of our healthcare team, you will

✨ Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments

✨ Administer medications and treatments as ordered

✨ Respond to routine and urgent medical needs

✨ Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to providers

✨ Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation

✨ Collaborate with healthcare providers and correctional staff to deliver safe, quality patient care

## Qualifications

## Qualifications

**Required**

✔ Active Alabama LPN license

✔ Current CPR certification

✔ Ability to work every other weekend consistently

✔ Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills

**Preferred**

⭐ Previous correctional, emergency, long term care, or medical surgical nursing experience
