Schedule: 3/4 10hr Day Shift Rotation and EVO Weekend

## Qualifications

### **What You’ll Do**

• Provide direct patient care while overseeing daily nursing operations
• Lead, coach, and support nursing staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions with accuracy
• Administer medications following nursing standards and correctional guidelines
• Ensure provider orders and treatment plans are carried out effectively
• Respond decisively to medical concerns and urgent situations
• Maintain compliance with State Scope of Practice and facility policies
• Serve as a vital link between nursing staff, providers, and facility leadership
