Southern Health Partners is seeking an experienced **Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA)** to lead our medical team at the Madison County Detention Center. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong nurse leader who enjoys balancing clinical excellence with team development, operational oversight, and collaboration.

As the RN Medical Team Administrator, you'll

✨ Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff and daily operations

✨ Ensure quality patient care and compliance with established standards

✨ Collaborate with facility administration and healthcare providers

✨ Assist with scheduling, staffing, and performance management

✨ Participate in an on-call rotation to support the team as needed

✨ Foster a positive, professional, and patient-centered culture

**Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but strong leadership and management experience are essential.**

## Qualifications

### 🩺 Qualifications

✔ Active Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license

✔ Management and supervisory experience required

✔ Strong communication and organizational skills

✔ Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members

✔ Computer proficiency and documentation skills

✔ Correctional healthcare experience preferred

✔ Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain
