📍 Chesterfield County Jail | South Carolina

🕗 Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Are you an experienced LPN ready to take the next step in your career? Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated **LPN Medical Team Administrator** to lead our nursing team at the Chesterfield County Jail. This role combines hands-on patient care with leadership responsibilities, offering the perfect blend of clinical practice and team management in a structured, supportive environment.

### 🩺 What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments
• Coordinate daily medical operations and nursing workflow
• Assist with staff scheduling and ensure appropriate coverage
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and accreditation standards
• Collaborate with providers and facility administration
• Promote quality improvement and continuity of care
• Mentor and support nursing staff to foster a positive team culture

## Qualifications
### ✅ Qualifications

• Current South Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain
• Previous supervisory, charge nurse, or leadership experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
• Correctional healthcare experience preferred but not required
