Southern Health Partners is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse Medical Team Administrator (MTA) to lead our healthcare services at the Gilmer County Jail. If you're an experienced LPN looking for a leadership opportunity with a consistent weekday schedule, this position offers the perfect combination of clinical involvement, autonomy, and professional growth.

As the Medical Team Administrator, you'll serve as the on-site healthcare leader, working closely with facility staff, providers, and nursing personnel to ensure quality patient care while maintaining compliance with established healthcare standards.

## What You'll Do

โœ… Coordinate daily healthcare operations within the facility

โœ… Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments

โœ… Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

โœ… Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

โœ… Serve as a liaison between facility administration and healthcare staff

โœ… Maintain accurate documentation and quality assurance activities

โœ… Support scheduling, inventory management, and operational oversight

โœ… Collaborate with providers and nursing staff to ensure continuity of care

## Qualifications

## What You Bring

โœ” Active, unrestricted Georgia LPN license

โœ” Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire

โœ” Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

โœ” Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions

โœ” Supervisory, charge nurse, correctional healthcare, or management experience preferred

โœ” Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a structured environment

โœ” Ability to obtain and maintain facility security clearance
