🕒 **Full Time | Night Shift**

📅 **Rotating Schedule Including Every Other Weekend | 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM**

Southern Health Partners is seeking a compassionate and dependable **Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)** to join our healthcare team at the Henderson County Jail.

### What You'll Do ✨

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and nursing assessments
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the Registered Nurse or Provider
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation
• Respond confidently to urgent and emergent healthcare needs
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and correctional personnel
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while following established clinical protocols

## Qualifications
### What We're Looking For 🎯

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in Texas
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative healthcare team
• Excellent critical thinking and organizational abilities
• Correctional nursing experience is welcomed but not required. We provide comprehensive training for nurses new to correctional healthcare.
