## Qualifications

### **What You'll Do**

As an LPN with Southern Health Partners, you'll work at the top of your license while providing quality patient care by

• Delivering hands-on nursing care and monitoring patient conditions
• Assessing symptoms, documenting progress, and maintaining accurate medical records
• Administering medications according to provider orders, nursing standards, and correctional guidelines
• Responding to medical needs with sound clinical judgment and critical thinking
• Collaborating with physicians, RNs, and healthcare staff while practicing within Tennessee scope of practice
