As an LPN, you'll work alongside experienced medical professionals delivering patient-centered care in a structured, team-oriented environment where every day brings meaningful opportunities to use your clinical skills.

### 🩺 What You'll Do

• Deliver quality nursing care under established policies and protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete patient assessments and accurately document care.
• Respond appropriately to urgent and emergency medical situations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and fellow nursing staff.
• Educate patients on health concerns and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
• Help promote a safe, professional, and compassionate healthcare environment.

## Qualifications
### ✅ Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Current Alabama LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including every other weekend.
• Correctional or emergency nursing experience is a plus, but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
