Southern Health Partners is seeking an experienced and motivated **Registered Nurse Regional Manager** to provide leadership and operational oversight for correctional healthcare programs across multiple facilities throughout **Western North Carolina**.
This is more than a management position. It is an opportunity to mentor clinical teams, strengthen partnerships with facility leadership, and help shape the future of correctional healthcare across your region.
As a Regional Manager, you'll support and develop nursing leaders, promote clinical excellence, and ensure facilities have the resources, guidance, and leadership needed to deliver exceptional patient care. ## What You'll Do
๐ฉบ Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple correctional healthcare sites throughout Western North Carolina
๐ฅ Mentor, coach, and develop Medical Team Administrators, Medical Services Coordinators, and nursing staff
๐ค Build collaborative relationships with Sheriffs, Jail Administrators, facility leadership, and corporate partners
๐ Monitor clinical quality, regulatory compliance, staffing performance, and operational outcomes
๐ Support hiring, onboarding, staff development, and succession planning
๐ก Identify opportunities for process improvement while promoting best clinical practices
๐ Travel throughout the region, including occasional overnight travel
๐ Participate in an on call leadership rotation and provide clinical support when needed
## Qualifications
## Qualifications
โ Current, unrestricted North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact multistate RN license
โ Previous nursing leadership or multi-site healthcare management experience required
โ Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills
โ Ability to lead multiple teams while managing competing priorities
โ Willingness to travel extensively throughout Western North Carolina
โ Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
โ Correctional healthcare experience preferred, but not required
โ Passion for leadership, relationship building, and operational excellence
