Southern Health Partners is seeking an experienced and motivated **Registered Nurse Regional Manager** to provide leadership and operational oversight for correctional healthcare programs across multiple facilities throughout **Western North Carolina**.

This is more than a management position. It is an opportunity to mentor clinical teams, strengthen partnerships with facility leadership, and help shape the future of correctional healthcare across your region.

As a Regional Manager, you'll support and develop nursing leaders, promote clinical excellence, and ensure facilities have the resources, guidance, and leadership needed to deliver exceptional patient care. ## What You'll Do

๐Ÿฉบ Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple correctional healthcare sites throughout Western North Carolina

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Mentor, coach, and develop Medical Team Administrators, Medical Services Coordinators, and nursing staff

๐Ÿค Build collaborative relationships with Sheriffs, Jail Administrators, facility leadership, and corporate partners

๐Ÿ“ˆ Monitor clinical quality, regulatory compliance, staffing performance, and operational outcomes

๐Ÿ“‹ Support hiring, onboarding, staff development, and succession planning

๐Ÿ’ก Identify opportunities for process improvement while promoting best clinical practices

๐Ÿš— Travel throughout the region, including occasional overnight travel

๐Ÿ“ž Participate in an on call leadership rotation and provide clinical support when needed

## Qualifications

## Qualifications

โœ” Current, unrestricted North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact multistate RN license

โœ” Previous nursing leadership or multi-site healthcare management experience required

โœ” Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills

โœ” Ability to lead multiple teams while managing competing priorities

โœ” Willingness to travel extensively throughout Western North Carolina

โœ” Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

โœ” Correctional healthcare experience preferred, but not required

โœ” Passion for leadership, relationship building, and operational excellence
