Are you an experienced LPN who is organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take your nursing career in a new direction?

Southern Health Partners is seeking a full-time LPN Medical Team Administrator to support healthcare operations at the Jefferson County Correctional Institute in Georgia. This is a unique opportunity for a nurse who enjoys combining clinical knowledge with organization, coordination, communication, and administrative responsibilities.

This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. While the title includes โ€œAdministrator,โ€ this role does **not** include direct supervision of employees. Instead, you will serve as a key point of coordination for the healthcare operation, helping support the delivery of quality patient care and keeping the day-to-day medical program organized and running smoothly. ๐Ÿฉบ๐Ÿ“‹

You will use your clinical experience and attention to detail to help coordinate healthcare services, support documentation and administrative processes, communicate with facility and healthcare leadership, and help ensure the medical department operates efficiently and in accordance with established policies and procedures.

## Qualifications

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Georgia
  • Current CPR certification
  • One year of experience as an LPN preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating with healthcare and facility leadership
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care
  • Correctional healthcare experience is not required
  • Must be able to successfully complete all required pre-employment screening and facility credentialing requirements
