## Qualifications

### What You'll Do

As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will

• Deliver compassionate, hands-on nursing care while monitoring patient conditions and progress
• Perform assessments and accurately document patient care and interventions
• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and nursing standards
• Assist with treatment plans and respond effectively to urgent medical situations
• Use sound clinical judgment and critical thinking to provide quality patient care every shift

### What We’re Looking For

• Current Texas LVN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, secure healthcare environment
