🕠 **Monday through Friday | 5:30 AM Start | 8 Hour Shifts**

Southern Health Partners has been a leader in correctional healthcare for more than 30 years, and we're looking for a compassionate **Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)** to join our team at the Gilmer County Jail.

### What You'll Do

• Complete daily medication passes safely and accurately
• Assess and monitor patients for changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Document patient care in the electronic medical record
• Assist with sick call, intake screenings, and other nursing duties as needed
• Collaborate with providers and fellow healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care
• Help promote a safe, healthy environment for both patients and staff

## Qualifications
### Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Georgia LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong medication administration and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
