We are looking for an experienced and motivated lead server to join our growing team in Buffalo, NY.

**Lead server/wait staff position details:**

We are hiring for a Full-Time position, open availability and schedule.

**Lead server/wait staff job duties include:**

• Ensure that all dietary procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.
• Keep the dining supervisor informed of any issues with meal service or any resident meal issues.
• Train and work with new servers, ensuring they are following customer service guidelines.
• Assist in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests in a fine dining atmosphere.
• Assist in Supervision of staff when management deems necessary.

## Qualifications
**Server/wait staff qualifications:**

• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with staff, residents, family members, and visitors.
• 2 years of waitstaff experience is required.
• Experience in dining supervision is preferred.
