## Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated CNA to join our Skilled Nursing Facility in Williamsville, NY.

**CNA position details:**

We are hiring for the **6am - 2pm** day shift, the **2pm - 10pm** evening shift, and the **10pm - 6am** overnight shift. We offer a shift differential of **$1.50**/hour for the evening shift, and a differential of **$2**/hour for the overnight shift.

We are hiring for the following job statuses: Full Time (5 days/week), Regular Part Time (3 days/week), and Part Time Every Other Weekend (1 day/week). Please note that a recruitment and retention bonus of **$4,000** is available for Full Time positions and a bonus of **$2,500** is available for Regular Part Time positions.

**CNA job duties include:**

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (dressing, bathing, personal grooming, feeding, and toileting).
• Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, and wheelchair transport.
• Maintain resident care records and document services provided.
• Report to Charge Nurse on Duty the daily needs, unusual symptoms, and progress of residents.
• Provides a high level of customer service and person-centered care approach.

## Qualifications
**CNA qualifications:**

• Must have proven work experience and a current New York State CNA certification.
• Must be active on the CNA State Nursing Aide Registry with no findings or convictions of resident abuse, mistreatment, or misappropriation of property.
• Must have verbal and written English skills.
