# **💥 Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician**

💰 **Pay Range:** $23.75 - $30.55/hour

📍 **Location:** Anderson SC

💼 **Position classification based on experience & pre-employment test results**

---

### **🔹 What You’ll Do:**

✔ Perform maintenance and repairs on **industrial machinery, equipment, and facility systems**

✔ Troubleshoot **3-phase power (480V), low-voltage circuits, and PLC systems** (PLC troubleshooting a plus)

✔ Conduct **preventative maintenance** to ensure machine uptime and safety

✔ Read and interpret **blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals**

✔ Work **independently** while collaborating with the team to meet production goals

✔ Follow **safety protocols** and company policies to ensure a secure work environment

## Job Qualifications

### **🔹 What We’re Looking For:**

✅ **High School Diploma required**; technical certification in **multi-craft maintenance** preferred

✅ **Minimum 5 years of experience** as a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician in a manufacturing setting

✅ Strong skills in **electrical troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems**

✅ **Service mindset, teamwork, and strong communication skills**

✅ **Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision**

### **🔹 Physical Requirements:**

✔ Frequent **climbing, bending, and twisting**

✔ Ability to **lift 55 lbs regularly** and **80 lbs occasionally**
