💰 **Starting Rates Based on Experience & Pre-Employment Test Results:**

• **Production Welder A:** $27.25
• **Production Welder B:** $25.25
• **Production Welder C:** $21.75

### **🔹 What You’ll Do:**
✔ Perform **MIG welding** on metal components
✔ Read and interpret **blueprints and welding symbols**
✔ Set up, adjust, and operate **welding equipment**
✔ Inspect welds for **quality and precision**
✔ Follow **safety guidelines** and maintain a clean workspace

## Qualifications
### **🔹 What We’re Looking For:**
✅ **Experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication** (preferred but not required)
✅ Ability to **use hand and power tools**
✅ Strong **attention to detail and quality**
✅ Willingness to **work in a fast-paced environment**
✅ Ability to **lift 50+ lbs** and stand for long periods
