### **Schedule:**

📅 Second Shift | Monday-Thursday (Over-time options on Friday)

🕒 3:30PM - 2:00 AM | 40-50 hours per week

### **What You'll Do:**

• Spray paint parts and equipment using primers and finish coats
• Perform routine and repetitive spray painting operations
• Mix paints according to established procedures and specifications
• Operate spray painting equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain and clean spray booths, equipment, and work areas
• Ensure quality finishes with minimal defects, runs, or inconsistencies
• Follow all paint mixing, preparation, and application procedures
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by leadership

## Qualifications

### What You Bring

• General knowledge of spray painting techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
• Experience with industrial painting or willingness to learn through hands-on training
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment

### **Physical Requirements:**

• Frequent climbing, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 55 lbs
• Occasionally lift heavier loads up to 80 lbs
• Ability to wear a respirator and other required personal protective equipment
