# **Now Hiring: Clean & Prep Operative**
💰 **Starting Pay: $19.00**
📍 **Location:** Minonk, IL
💼 **Position classification based on experience & pre-employment test results**
### **🔹 What You’ll Do:**
✔ Prepare metal parts for painting and coating
✔ Use hand and power tools to clean surfaces
✔ Inspect work for quality and accuracy
✔ Follow safety and quality standards to ensure top-tier production
✔ Work as part of a fast-paced, high-performing team

## Position Qualifications
**🔹** **What We’re Looking For:**
✅ **Previous manufacturing experience preferred** (but not required)

✅ **Willingness to be trained** in

• Quality & Safety
• Blueprint Reading
• Hand-Held Gauges
• Rust Prevention
• Weld Characteristics
• Final Inspection

✅ Ability to **read and follow directions** and **operate machinery**
✅ Strong **attention to detail and quality**
✅ **Physically capable** of lifting **50 lbs** and standing for long periods
✅ Ability to complete **Job-Specific Standard Work Instructions** and **Job Safety Analysis**
✅ **Pulmonary Function Test required** for roles using an air-supplied hood
