Head Start Teacher

## Description

The Head Start Teacher is responsible for a Head Start preschool classroom of 3- to 5-year-old children. Works collaboratively with an assistant teacher, family members, and other staff to achieve positive outcomes for children of all abilities.

This is an on-site position, employed by one of Greater Louisville Head Start's childcare center partners

## Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education **OR**
• Bachelors Degree in a related field with a minimum 15 semester credit hours or 25 quarter credit hours in Early Childhood Education **and** minimum one year experience working with children from birth to 5 years of age.
