## Description

Lewis Bakeries/Holsum of Fort Wayne, located in Fort Wayne, IN is looking to fill several Full Time, open positions at our bakery!

As a Production Helper/Floater, you will be responsible for operating production machines and equipment, assisting in shipping and sanitation. You are expected to adhere to workplace safety, food safety and product quality guidelines.

• Starting wages as of **$23.52/hr.**, with annual increases and shift premiums!

We work 24 hours, **7 days a week** including **every Saturday, Sunday and Holidays**. Shifts are 8 **hrs.**You **MUST be able to work any shift with the expectation of being moved to different jobs for the first 90 days.** #lboperations

## Qualifications

**Requirements:**

• **Physical requirements** include repetitive lifting/stacking up to 25lbs overhead, pushing/pulling heavy carts of materials, lifting 50lbs of ingredients and other climbing stairs/ladders and other physical labor as needed.

• Must be able to **work in extreme hot or cold conditions**as some areas of the plant can be hotter than others, especially in the Summer.
• All candidates must successfully pass pre-employment steps including background check and drug screen.
