The Ooltewah Club, located in Ooltewah, Tennessee, and managed by Bobby Jones Links, is hiring for a Maintenance Technician. The Ooltewah Club offers year-round outdoor activities and family fun, featuring an 18 hole championship course, a full driving range, a short game facility, a Junior Olympic-sized swimming pool, two lighted tennis courts, and four lighted pickleball courts. The club debuted a newly decorated clubhouse in 2019, which anchors the 150+ acre property located in a very high growth area of Chattanooga.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician at The Ooltewah Club include

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs throughout the clubhouse and club facilities.
• Complete light painting, touch-ups, and general upkeep projects as needed.
• Identify, report, and help address maintenance issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of exterior areas, including entrances, patios, pool deck, and walkways.
• Perform pressure washing of pool deck, sidewalks, and building exteriors as needed.
• Assist with moderate landscaping tasks such as trimming, blowing, and general grounds cleanup.
• Support restroom upkeep and ensure facilities are clean, stocked, and presentable, especially during high-traffic periods.
• Assist with general cleaning duties to support housekeeping and overall facility standards.
• Assist with assembling and installing new furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational needs across departments.
• Assist in maintaining organization and inventory of maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and help maintain a safe environment for members, guests, and staff.
• Other duties as assigned to support overall club operations

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT**
