## Job Description

• CurbSide is hiring Lawn Crew Members to join our commercial grounds maintenance teams. Crews of 3–4 provide weekly lawn care services to our clients throughout the season.
• We are especially looking for someone who is **interested in staying on through the winter** for snow removal and **may be able to drive** for us as needed.
• **Primary Duties (Spring–Fall):**

• Lawn mowing using zero-turn and stand-on mowers
• Weed whipping (string trimming)
• Backpack blowing
• Leaf and debris cleanup (spring and fall)

This is a **(40 hours/week)** from early April through late November. Most Lawn Crew Members continue with **snow removal work during the winter months**.

## Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Basic experience with lawn care machinery preferred
• Must be able to follow directions from foreman or managers
• Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
• A **valid driver’s license** is a plus

• **Physical Requirements:**

• Able to remain on your feet for long periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind)
• Able to lift/push up to 75 lbs multiple times per day
