Whether you’re mixing drinks in Firewater Tavern, working a private event, or serving up smiles during bowling league nights, your role is vital to our guest experience.

**What You’ll Do:**

• Deliver **outstanding guest service** with enthusiasm, professionalism, and personality.
• Prepare and serve beverages **efficiently and accurately** according to standardized recipes and timing expectations.
• Be knowledgeable about our craft beer selection, wines, and liquors—and able to confidently guide guests through their options.
• Check IDs to ensure responsible alcohol service and maintain a safe environment by recognizing and reporting any concerning behavior.
• Handle guest questions regarding drinks, food, allergies, availability, and Wamesit Lanes policies with confidence and clarity.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked bar, restocking supplies as needed and completing all opening and closing side work.
• Assist Bar back when necessary with tapping kegs and monitoring par levels.
• Stay aware of what’s happening across the entire venue to help ensure seamless service during high-volume times and events.
• Participate in corporate and private events as needed.
• Follow through with any additional tasks assigned by management.

## Qualifications

• Previous Bartending experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work in a **fast-paced, high-volume environment** while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong **interpersonal and communication skills**—you enjoy interacting with people!
• Must be able to **multi-task** and manage priorities effectively during busy shifts.
• Willingness to **work a flexible schedule**, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to being part of a team.
• Knowledge of food allergies and safe food handling practices (we’ll train you if needed).
• Comfortable standing and walking for long periods, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• A genuine desire to create **memorable guest experiences**—every time.
• Employment subject to successfully completing a Background Check and/or CORI Screening.
