About The Role
Description
The UK&IE Training Team is seeking a Sales & Delivery Trainer to develop and deliver virtual and in-person training sessions for field teams across the UK and Ireland. This position plays a key role in accelerating sales growth by ensuring consistency in our sales processes, approach and techniques. The ideal candidate will help the wider Training Team to identify knowledge gaps and areas for improvement as well as act as a trusted coach and mentor.
We are looking for a demonstrable communicator who is passionate about sales and helping others to develop their abilities. This candidate will be proficient in articulating complex concepts into easy-to-understand formats. In addition to excellent facilitation skills, the candidate should be hands-on and solutions orientated. Being flexible in a fast-paced environment is key.
This role can be based in London or Manchester.
Responsibilities
Create, deliver and report on virtual and in-person led training and onboarding sessions nationally
Empower Sales field teams to drive individual and team sales performance leaning on tailored sales strategies and relevant sales techniques
Foster an engaging learning environment by applying various training strategies and adult learning practises
Identify, analyse and track training effectiveness using data driven methodologies
Collaborate with key stakeholders across the UK&IE to remain in-the-know of local and regional priorities, ensuring a feedback loop between leadership and field teams to enable continuous improvement
Conduct new joiner onboarding workshops
Requirements
- Extensive experience in sales
- Demonstrative success in facilitating virtual and in-person instructor-led training
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and deep knowledge of sales processes
- Ability to prioritise and manage time and project work effectively in a faced-paced environment
- Strong writing, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and ‘think outside the box’
- This role requires frequent travel across the UK, approximately x3 per week.
