Carrier Relations Manager

Join Onoff as a Carrier Relations Manager, where you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with telecom carriers and numbering providers. You will manage both commercial and technical aspects of carrier partnerships, lead integration projects, oversee the lifecycle of numbering resources, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in telecom operations, a solid understanding of international interconnection and telecom regulation, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Act as the main point of contact for telecom and numbering partners, maintaining strong and long-term relationships.
• Manage both commercial and technical aspects of carrier partnerships, from interconnection setup to continuous improvement of service quality.
• Lead end-to-end integration projects with operators and numbering providers, including onboarding new carriers or numbering suppliers.
