Senior Growth Manager (B2C Apps & Digital Acquisition)

Join Onoff as a Senior Growth Manager, where you'll be responsible for accelerating the growth of our consumer ecosystem. You'll own the growth strategy across mobile app distribution, App Store Optimization, Google Play, acquisition channels, onboarding funnels, experimentation, and conversion optimization. This is a highly hands-on role that requires collaboration with various teams and a strong analytical mindset.

• Own B2C growth strategy across consumer products, defining and prioritizing high-impact growth opportunities.
• Scale paid and organic acquisition channels, improve App Store and Google Play visibility, and optimize mobile acquisition funnels.
• Design and run growth experiments continuously, analyze user behavior, and identify growth opportunities.
