About The Role

Join Shine, a leading European fintech unicorn on a mission to simplify financial administration for entrepreneurs and small business owners. As a Card Operations & Payments Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operational integrity of the card program and general payment flows. You will manage daily settlements, fund management, billing management, incident resolution, claims, fraud and dispute management, mandatory regulatory and scheme reporting, and cross-functional support.
