Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager, you will drive customer expansion, protect relationships, and cross-sell products. You will engage with customers primarily via phone, email, and chat, and share insights with various teams to enhance user satisfaction.

• Drive expansion by guiding customers toward the right subscription tiers and ensuring they maximize the value of the Shine ecosystem.
• Protect customer relationships by identifying risk signals early and leading proactive retention and win-back outreach.
• Cross-sell with purpose by introducing users to secondary Shine products to enhance their experience with the all-in-one platform.
