Engineering Manager - Banking

As an Engineering Manager in the Banking organization, you will lead a squad of 4-8 engineers, ensuring their professional growth, the quality of technical decisions, and the team's delivery. You will work closely with Product, Design, Compliance, Operations, and other engineering teams, and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth and success.

• Gérer, coacher et soutenir une équipe d'ingénieurs, en fixant des attentes claires et en soutenant la croissance de chaque personne.
• Contribuer à la définition des objectifs de l'équipe, en veillant à ce qu'ils soient ancrés dans les besoins des clients, les priorités commerciales et la réalité technique.
• Travailler en collaboration avec d'autres fonctions, aligner avec la conformité, les opérations et d'autres équipes d'ingénierie sur le périmètre partagé et les dépendances.
