IT Service Desk Partner

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for office users in either our Paris or Copenhagen hubs, providing high-impact support and strategic collaboration. You will troubleshoot hardware, manage asset lifecycle, and collaborate with the IT Ops team to tackle complex technical challenges. • Act as a primary point of contact for office users, guiding them through onboarding and offboarding experiences.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage asset lifecycle, and triage critical requests in Jira Service Management.
• Collaborate closely with the IT Ops team to tackle complex technical challenges and identify process improvements.
