People Business Partner

Join Shine, a leading European fintech unicorn on a mission to simplify financial administration for entrepreneurs and small business owners. As a People Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping them navigate growth, change, and organizational evolution. You will partner closely with leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness, develop talent, and support high-performing teams in a fast-moving environment. This role is based in Paris with the possibility of two remote working days per week.

• Partner with leaders across one or two tribes on people priorities, team effectiveness, and organizational health.
• Support organizational change and transformation, including team design, scaling, and leadership transitions.
• Drive key people topics such as engagement, performance, feedback, and career development.
