VP Banking Operations

Join Shine, a leading European fintech, as the VP of Banking Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the scalability, compliance, and efficiency of our banking operations as we expand across Europe. You will lead teams responsible for customer onboarding, fund flows, payments processing, and regulatory reporting. Your goal is to build a scalable, automated, and efficient operations department.

• Gérer les flux techniques et opérationnels de nos services de paiement, y compris SEPA, cartes, paiements internationaux, etc.
• Superviser l'ensemble du cycle de vie, de l'intégration des clients (KYB/KYC) à la surveillance continue des clients (AML/CFT).
• Concevoir et exécuter la feuille de route "Ops" pour soutenir une augmentation de 10x du volume des transactions.
