- Own a territory: Build and execute a territory plan spanning EMEA and APAC, identifying and developing new business opportunities while growing and retaining existing client accounts.
- Exceed targets: Meet and surpass assigned quotas through disciplined prospecting, qualification, and full-cycle deal execution.
- Build lasting relationships: Develop strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders across the weather, climate, and earth intelligence ecosystem.
- Fluent in English; willingness to travel across the territory as needed
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and effective working independently in a remote, globally distributed team
- A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
- A consultative, value-based selling style with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, with a focus on selling data products, SaaS, or API-based solutions
- Proven ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships across cultures, time zones, and seniority levels
- Proficiency with modern sales tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha)
- Strong understanding of the weather and climate industry, or deep experience selling digital transformation into data-driven sectors such as energy, maritime, aviation, agriculture, or logistics
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, preferably in a high-tech field
- Additional language skills relevant to the EMEA or APAC regions
- Experience selling to or partnering with government agencies, national met services, or large enterprises in regulated industries
- An existing network within meteorology, earth observation, or climate-tech communities
