Product Analyst

Join TBAuctions as a Product Analyst, where you'll be embedded in feature work from start to finish, bringing a data-driven perspective to feature development and measuring its success. You'll design and run experiments, own funnel and journey analysis, and build the foundations for data tracking. You'll partner with Product Managers on impact metrics and reporting, measure the effectiveness of internal tools, and build self-serve tooling. This role requires a bias for autonomy and automation, strong communication skills, and proficiency in SQL and Python.

• Concevoir et exécuter des expériences, en établissant une méthodologie de test répétable et en utilisant des conceptions quasi-expérimentales lorsque des tests A/B propres ne sont pas possibles.
• Analyser les entonnoirs et les parcours, identifier et corriger les goulets d'étranglement de conversion, et maintenir le suivi des événements associés.

• BI that people actually use (Power BI, Databricks Genie / AI-BI)
• Product analytics domain sense above all: you know how and what to build, you bring best practice to the team, and you share what you know
• Behavioural and event analytics experience (Segment or equivalent): you instrument events rather than only consuming them
• Solid experimentation and statistics: including designs for when a clean A/B test isn't possible
• Communication that holds the room with developers and C-level alike, and flexes to the audience without losing the point
• Strong SQL and Python: comfortable in a Databricks and dbt environment
