[Prolong] Senior Forward-Deployed Software Engineer

As a Senior Forward-Deployed Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in scaling our platform and ensuring client success. You'll work closely with various teams, redesigning our delivery model for efficiency and autonomy. This is a remote-first position with opportunities for growth and impact in a mission-driven company.

• Deliver new clients by ensuring client success and satisfaction during the project delivery phase, contributing to the specification and implementation of configurations.
• Ensure geographic expansion and upsell for existing clients by deploying geographical expansion, upselling new modules, and activating new integrations.
• Redesign how projects are delivered for better quality, efficiency, and autonomy of the project team, continuously identifying and delivering new ideas to improve integration and deployment architecture.

Your profile

• You have **8+ years of experience** in software development (fullstack with a strong backend focus), with at least one management experience and a proven track record in solution deployment & technical integration.
• You are very comfortable in **client facing context** with both technical and business teams during the different client phases: pre-sales, project & run.
• You are **autonomous**, reliable, organized, very hands-on technical deliveries and capable of taking ownership of complex topics end to end
• You have a strong ability to **leverage AI** to gain productivity while ensuring quality of your technical deliveries
• You demonstrate **natural leadership** and have the ambition, over time, to build and manage a small team.

**Nice to have:**

• Previous experience in deploying at scale SaaS B2B Solution .
• Experience with distributed systems, ETL pipelines, or middleware.
