Finance Manager

Join our team as a Regional Finance Manager, where you will oversee key accounting and reporting activities for specific labels/affiliates, manage a team of professional accountants, and implement and monitor controls and procedures related to financial accounting and reporting. You will also serve as a point of escalation for journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports, and prepare quarterly and annual reporting. This role requires a strong background in accounting, experience in a SOX controlled environment, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.

• Oversee key accounting and reporting activities for specific labels/affiliates, and manage a team of professional accountants.
• Implement and monitor controls and procedures related to all areas of financial accounting and reporting, and manage the month-end close.
• Prepare and review cash flow statements, statutory reports, and support internal and external audit.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred but not essential
• Experience working in a SOX controlled environment
• 6+ years of experience in accounting
• Experience with flux analysis
• CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified with 3+ years’ experience
• Experience conducting internal and external audits
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise projects working well under pressure
• Strong work-ethic and a self-starter who proactively seeks out new solutions
• Detail oriented
• Bachelor's degree
• Music industry experience a plus
• Experience in a Shared Services environment
