About The Role

Join WalkMe as a Customer Success Manager, where you'll be a trusted advisor to a portfolio of Fortune 1000 customers. You'll help them achieve maximum value from the WalkMe platform by understanding their digital adoption goals and recommending technology solutions. You'll report to the Manager of Customer Success and be the 'voice of the customer' within the company. Your responsibilities will include scheduling and preparing Success Business Reviews, maintaining an understanding of the product and roadmap, educating customers on relevant features, and establishing strategic relationships with decision-makers. You'll also monitor customer health, partner with the internal account team, and work to ensure customer renewals and expansions.

  • Establish and develop strategic, trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders at Fortune 1000 companies to guide them on best practices and help them achieve their digital adoption goals.
  • Schedule and prepare Success Business Reviews for customers, focusing on increasing customer adoption and demonstrating return on investment that leads to renewals and expansion.
  • Monitor customer health, proactively reach out to customers before risks escalate, and work with internal teams to develop a Success Plan that addresses their immediate and future needs.
  • We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager, Commercially adept but with a technical curiosity in the Product and what it can do for our Customers, to help take digital adoption and WalkMe to the next level
  • Increase customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention applying to a technical product
  • You've maintained a book of Enterprise customer accounts (4000+ Employees)
  • 5+ years of customer facing experience in Enterprise SaaS customer success, account management, project management, pre-sales or post-sale services, working with Fortune 1000 companies and their executives
  • Fluent in both English and German is a must
  • High competency in sales discovery methodologies and an ability to run Return on Investment discussions and have some experience in an enterprise solution sales environment, having partnered with account executives to develop and close sales opportunities
  • Experience managing a quarterly retention and growth quota
