About The Role

Join our team as the Vice President of Product Delivery & Growth (A.I.). In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating product-led growth in the AI in Skilled Nursing product segment. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market leaders to drive adoption, early wins, and scalable go-to-market motions. You will also engage directly with strategic customers and industry stakeholders to influence adoption and drive sustained growth outcomes. Additionally, you will lead and develop high-performing teams, influence product strategy and roadmap alignment, and establish clear go-to-market plays and enablement frameworks.

  • Accelerate product-led growth for the AI in Skilled Nursing product segment by driving adoption, early wins, and scalable go-to-market motions.
  • Serve as the executive owner for market activation, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market leaders to validate value and shape product direction.
  • Engage directly with strategic customers and industry stakeholders to influence adoption, build credibility, and drive sustained growth outcomes across the portfolio.
  • Expertise in data‑driven decision‑making, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative insights to prioritize opportunities and manage trade‑offs
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles across product, growth, strategy, or adoption within related industries (e.g., HealthTech, SaaS, Senior Living, etc)
  • Demonstrated success scaling B2B SaaS products from post‑launch through sustained market adoption and revenue growth, including establishing repeatable go‑to‑market motions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success in complex, matrixed environments
  • Experience leading portfolio‑level transformations, including operating model shifts, go‑to‑market strategy evolution, or scale optimization initiatives
  • Experience leading AI‑enabled or data‑driven products relevant to the assigned portfolio
  • Proven experience engaging directly with enterprise customers to validate value, guide adoption, and inform product strategy and roadmap decisions
