Business Development Manager – Wealth Advisors (BENELUX)

Join Enky, a furniture business focused on sustainability and innovation. As a Business Development Manager for Wealth Advisors in the BENELUX region, you will be responsible for raising debt for Enky's furniture business by developing a network of wealth advisors. You will engage independent advisors, wealth managers, and family offices, connecting them with an investment product backed by real, income-generating furniture assets. You will report directly to the Head of Enky Invest and collaborate closely with the leadership team.

• Develop a network of wealth advisors across the Dutch-speaking BENELUX market to raise debt for Enky's furniture business.
• Engage independent advisors, wealth managers, and family offices, connecting them with an investment product backed by real, income-generating furniture assets.
• Manage your pipeline, follow up smartly, and close deals with advisors who can bring in significant ticket sizes.

• Trilingual: fluent in Dutch, English & French
• Based in Belgium
• You know the IFA ecosystem and how to navigate it, ideally with existing footing in the Dutch market
• You love prospecting and thrive on opening new accounts
• Great communicator – persuasive, confident, and consultative
• Autonomous & entrepreneurial – you don't wait for permission
• Experience in sales – ideally in finance, investment, or wealth advisory
• Bonus: Experience as a wealth management advisor and/or can bring a strong network
