Senior Analyst Consumer Compliance (Complaints)

Join Current, a fast-growing fintech company, as a Senior Analyst in Consumer Compliance. In this role, you will focus on the regulatory complaints response process and related reporting, while also having the opportunity to contribute to special consumer compliance projects. You will analyze customer communications, draft formal written responses, and collaborate with team members to escalate issues and create actionable reporting. Ideal candidates will have at least four years of relevant experience, familiarity with consumer finance regulations, and a passion for research and detail-oriented work.

• Analyzing customer communications to identify potential regulatory risks and drafting formal written responses.
• Collaborating with team members to escalate issues and create actionable reporting related to regulatory complaints.
• Contributing to special consumer compliance projects as needed, adapting to the evolving risks and priorities of the business.
• Prior experience in the following will be ideal:
• Handled customer complaints
• You have at least four (4) years of relevant experience
• You are familiar with consumer finance regulations (such as Reg E and Reg Z) and investigations
