• Sourcing, curating, structuring, and optimizing data to ensure high-quality data for models and products.
• Anticipating future data needs and influencing AI model training through high-quality data.
• Mastering video data challenges for machine learning training and optimizing labeling and automation workflows.
• Experience with LLMs and multimodal datasets
• Extreme ownership of data strategy
• Strategic, ML-first mindset
• Ability to define best practices in new problem spaces
• Strong Python, SQL, and large-scale data processing experience
