About The Role

Join Payslip, a rapidly expanding company in the payroll technology sector. As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and educating prospective clients about our unique software solution. You will work closely with sales professionals, product management, and technical teams, and have the opportunity to engage with international clients. This position offers a hybrid working option after training and a diverse work environment where your contributions will make a difference.

Become a key educator on Payslip's software product, delivering powerful platform presentations and demos to prospective clients.
Support a team of sales professionals through every step of the sales process, guiding discovery sessions and delivering engaging product demonstrations.
Work at the intersection of multiple teams, effectively communicating prospect needs or enhancement requests to the Product and Technical teams.
Experience and passion working within a client facing role
Articulate storyteller, strong communicator, with polished presentation skills. Comfortable presenting over MS Teams or Zoom
Experience of value-based selling
Relevant degree qualification in the field of Business or Technology or applicable experience
Attention to detail and ability to understand and articulate customer needs
Ability to learn quickly and keep abreast of industry developments
3+ years' experience working within Software Sales, Sales Consulting or SaaS Startup teams
Excellent computer skills (MS Office suite)
A passion for client service
Ability to influence and build strong relationships with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
Technically minded with an ability to simplify concepts for a less technical audience
