Principal Full Stack Developer (TypeScript)

Join our team as a Principal Full Stack Developer, where you will act as a technical leader, shaping the future of our platform and mentoring fellow engineers. You will tackle challenging technical problems, drive the technical vision and architecture for our core product, and lead the design and execution of large-scale technical projects. You will also have the opportunity to mentor other senior engineers and partner with product and engineering leadership to identify and de-risk technical challenges in the product roadmap. • Driving the technical vision and architecture for the core product, working closely with the ML team to integrate new AI features.
• Leading the design and execution of large-scale technical projects, such as evolving the monorepo strategy or migrating a core service to a new architecture.
• Mentoring other senior engineers, elevating the team's skills through code reviews, architectural guidance, and establishing best practices.
• We're looking for a seasoned technical leader who is passionate about building great products and great teams
• A history of leading complex technical projects and making critical architectural decisions
• A passion for mentoring and technical leadership
• Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in software engineering, with a proven track record of architecting and delivering complex, scalable web applications
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Deep, system-level expertise in our core technologies (TypeScript, Node.js, React) and the ability to reason about the entire stack, from the database to the browser
