Associate Product Manager

• Investigate and prioritize tasks on behalf of the product team, translating them into clear, actionable steps.
• Evaluate and triage incoming requests, balancing customer value and engineering effort.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales and Customer Success to understand impact and manage expectations.
• You are a strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• 2+ years at a SaaS company (Support, Onboarding, Solutions Engineering, Engineering or similar)
• You have a familiar understanding of relational databases, with the curiosity to go deeper and are comfortable working with APIs
• You focus on continuous improvement - you look for ways to improve our product and how we work, and you’re open to giving and receiving constructive feedback
• You’re comfortable with ambiguity and use a mix of research, data, intuition, and empathy to move work forward
